My name is Shaneka Gregory. I am passionate about using the wisdom God has given me and all the lessons I have learned to help others heal, grow in confidence, self love and step into purpose. My goal is to help you get to your next level and go from glory to glory.

Several years ago, I realized I was living my life on the couch, watching others live the life I wanted to live. I did not know my true identity, power or my purpose. I had so much pain. I was not aware that the pain, along with anxiety and an unhealthy mindset was holding me back from really living. I had mother and father wounds that needed healing, as well as healing from a toxic relationship.

During my healing journey, I have been fortunate to have access to therapists and several phenomenal life coaches that really assisted in my growth. The biggest factor in my healing was having the courage to put in the work! Really knowing that God loves me and actually loving myself has been a game changer!

As time went on, I realized I have a passion for helping other’s on their healing journey. It started out with me being a listening ear for friends and acquaintances and posting encouraging messages on social media. Through a series of events, I realized that helping others heal and grow in a positive direction is my purpose! I have completed Life Coach training with Tony Gaskins Academy and with Alive and Free Consulting. My most valuable training to be a life coach comes from God given wisdom as well as lessons I’ve learned in my own life and lessons learned through observing the lives of others.
